Job Title: Associate Administrative Support Resource
Shift: Day shift 8 am – 5 pm
Work set up: Hybrid 3x a week in BGC Taguig and Ortigas, Pasig
Salary range: 57,500 - 60,000
Required years of experience:  3 years
Start date: ASAP

Job Purpose:

The Administrative Support Resource will provide administrative and logistical support to
institutional activities of Field Office Support (FOS).

Terms of Engagement:

 The contract shall be for one (1) year, renewable based on performance and FOS operational needs. The engagement is full‐time, hybrid. Performance reviews will be conducted semi‐annually or annually. A three (3) to six (6) month probationary period will apply. Working arrangements and review cycles may be adjusted to meet emerging requirements and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Overall administrative and operational support for supervisors, including institutional activities
and projects.
• Ensures that all correspondence and documents for supervisors are prepared in compliance
with  standards and properly logged and distributed to the staff concerned.
• Assists in project processing by ensuring all documents are processed following existing
procedures and guidelines, coordinating review of project documents with relevant units in a
timely manner, and monitoring processing timelines to meet planned approval dates
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Supervising staff.

Relevant Experience & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Good typing skills. Good memo composition and editing skills. Good computer skills.
Familiarity with computer systems used generally in multilateral organizations (MS word, excel,
PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
• Ability to liaise and work effectively with staff within their own work location
• Ability to interact in a professional manner with ADB stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop rapport internally and externally in a multilateral
environment;
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams as a constructive team member;
• Good oral and written communication skills in English;
• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company
