WORK SETUP: Hybrid (Taguig and Mandaluyong areas)

We are seeking talented Bilingual (Japanese and English) professionals to join a dynamic team supporting global projects. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment with comprehensive training and growth potential.
Qualifications:
- Must possess JLPT N1 or JNAT certification (proof of certification required)
- Strong Nihongo reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Proficient in MS Windows PC operations
- Effective written and oral English communication skills
- High learnability and willingness to undergo 3-6 months of training
- Professional work ethic: punctuality, attention to detail, accuracy, self-checking, and adherence to procedures
- Willing to work and relocate to Manila, Philippines
- Currently based in the Philippines
- Stable employment history (no frequent job changes with less than 1 year per role)
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain various systems and tools following standard processes
- Execute transactions with minimal supervision, including data entry and information retrieval
- Audit own work for accuracy and make necessary corrections
- Perform data verification tasks
- Respond to information requests, escalating when needed
- File, archive, and retrieve documents (both paper and electronic)
- Create standard correspondence using templates, ensuring quality and proper formatting
- Search, summarise, and compile research results as requested
- Follow established policies, procedures, and methods
- Participate in process improvements and special projects
- Meet performance goals and become a subject matter expert on assigned processes
- Document new learnings and process changes in a standard format
- May assist in coordinating small teams or training junior members
A company-provided PC with MS Windows OS will be issued. Daily tasks will include using MS Outlook for emails, MS Teams for calls/meetings, and basic screenshot/copy-paste functions.
