Job Description :
We are hiring experienced Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRN) with strong Medical Coding experience to join a leading healthcare operations team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding, along with active CPC or CPMA and PRC licenses.

Location: MOA, Pasay (Hybrid)
Work Setup: Hybrid
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: 2–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
Review and accurately assign medical codes using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare coding guidelines.
Analyze medical records and clinical documentation.
Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding-related queries.
Follow client-specific coding policies and regulatory requirements.
Support coding quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Active PRC License (Philippine Registered Nurse).
Active CPC or CPMA Certification.
2–3 years of Medical Coding experience.
Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Bill Review experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Willing to work Night Shift in a Hybrid setup (MOA, Pasay).
