About the Role

We are hiring **PHRN / USRN Clinical Disability Claims Specialists** to join our healthcare operations team. This role is ideal for licensed nurses who want to utilize their clinical knowledge beyond bedside care by supporting disability claims assessment, medical review, and healthcare decision-making.

You will work remotely with a global healthcare team, applying your nursing expertise to evaluate clinical information and support accurate claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and analyze medical records, clinical documents, and disability claims information.

* Apply clinical knowledge in assessing **Short-Term Disability (STD)** and **Long-Term Disability (LTD)** claims.

* Ensure claims decisions and documentation align with healthcare guidelines and company standards.

* Collaborate with internal teams regarding medical information, claim requirements, and case updates.

* Provide accurate clinical insights to support quality and timely claim resolutions.

* Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

Active PHRN or USRN license required

Open to candidates with or without hospital bedside experience

Experience handling **Clinical Disability Claims (Short-Term Disability / Long-Term Disability)** is preferred

Strong clinical knowledge and medical documentation review skills

Good analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities

Comfortable working in a remote, shifting schedule environment
