Role Overview

We are looking for licensed PHRNs and USRNs to join our growing team as Clinical Disability Claims Specialists. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to assess and manage short-term and long-term disability claims in a dynamic and supportive work-from-home environment.

Whether you have bedside experience or are looking to transition into a non-clinical role, this is a great opportunity to apply your medical knowledge in a new and rewarding way.

Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate clinical documentation related to disability claims
Assess eligibility for short-term and long-term disability benefits
Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims in line with company guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve complex cases
Maintain compliance with regulatory and operational standards

Qualifications

Must have an active PHRN or USRN license
With or without hospital bedside experience are welcome to apply
Experience in Clinical Disability Claims (Short-Term or Long-Term Disability) is preferred
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and documentation skills
