About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Vice President – Fund Accounting Trades to lead a high-performing Fund Servicing team responsible for the end-to-end trade lifecycle, reconciliations, settlements, operational controls, and exception management.

In this leadership role, you will oversee daily trade operations, manage people leaders, strengthen operational risk controls, and drive continuous process improvements while ensuring exceptional service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of trades, reconciliations, settlements, and operational controls.

- Maximize team performance through workforce planning, coaching, succession planning, and talent development.

- Oversee daily operational sign-offs, inquiry resolution, break management, exception handling, and KPI reporting.

- Ensure compliance with operational risk controls, escalation procedures, and governance standards.

- Partner with risk, operations, and business stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve processes.

- Review, update, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and control frameworks.

- Lead operational response during critical incidents and business continuity events.

- Identify process gaps, validate operational exceptions, and implement sustainable improvements.

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while representing the Global Trades function.

- Support product strategy, governance initiatives, and business transformation projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

- Proven ability to manage large operational teams in a fast-paced financial services environment.

- Experience driving operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Trade Operations, Asset Servicing, or Fund Servicing is mandatory.

- Minimum 4 years of people management experience is required.

- Hands-on expertise in Trade Operations, Reconciliations, Settlements, Trade Support, or Asset Servicing is mandatory.

- Strong leadership experience managing managers and large operational teams is required.

- Experience managing the complete market trade lifecycle, including trade capture, validation, reconciliation, settlement, and exception management, is highly preferred.

- Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City on a night shift.
