Job Title: Outbound Sales Assistant Manager

Program: Travel

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Assistant Manager to lead and drive sales performance within a Travel program. The role will oversee sales operations, coach team leaders and individual contributors, implement performance improvement strategies, and ensure achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day outbound and inbound sales activities.
Drive sales performance, conversion, revenue, and productivity targets.
Handle customer-initiated inbound sales interactions and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
Lead outbound sales campaigns using provided customer and prospect leads.
Develop strategies for objection handling, conversion improvement, and sales growth.
Coach and mentor Team Leaders and sales professionals to improve performance.
Monitor sales KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement action plans.
Manage short-term team activities and ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
Take ownership of operational decisions within the defined scope.
Develop and implement process improvements and course corrections.
Manage stakeholders and communicate performance updates effectively.
Build and maintain high-performing sales teams.
Provide professional expertise and guidance to less-experienced team members.

Qualifications

5–8 years of BPO Sales experience.
2–3 years of leadership/people management experience, preferably managing Team Leaders, Sr. Team Leaders, or Assistant Managers.
Strong experience in Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, telesales, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
Proven track record of driving sales performance and developing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of sales KPIs, coaching, action planning, and performance management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Dynamic, proactive, energetic, and engaging personality.
Ability to develop sales strategies and implement performance course corrections.
Travel & Hospitality experience is preferred, particularly Cruise Lines or Hotels.
Must be available to start immediately.
Must be willing to work onsite at TP MOA.
