Job Title: CSR Insurance Brokerage - Taguig - Up to 24K Package

Location: Taguig - Work Onsite

Company: Cognizant

Salary: Up to 24K Max Package

Eligibility:

- Completed 2 years in college with no back subjects

- Must have 6 months BPO voice experience only in any account

- Strong verbal communication for professional client interactions

- Customer service background in financial services or non-life insurance preferred

- Detail-oriented in handling policy inquiries

- Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig

Overview:

We are hiring CSR for Insurance Brokerage account in Cognizant Taguig!

If you have 6 months BPO voice experience and strong English communication skills, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies

- Provide professional support for brokerage services
