WORK SETUP: Onsite – Taguig

WORK SCHEDULE: Shifting

SALARY: Up to ₱45,000 max (SME level)

TARGET START DATES: September 1 & September 22, 2026

Role Overview

We are seeking an Insurance Brokerage CSR to support policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment. You will coordinate with multiple insurance carriers, manage billing and premium receivables, and handle high-volume communication with insureds, agents, and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

Support policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment

Coordinate with multiple insurance carriers for policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and updates

Issue and process policy endorsements using broker management systems (e.g., AMS, Applied Epic, or similar)

Act as an intermediary between clients, agents, and insurers

Ensure all policy documentation and servicing processes comply with regulatory and internal guidelines

Manage and resolve billing discrepancies, premium adjustments, and payment-related issues

Handle premium collections, receivables inquiries, and account reconciliations

Qualifications

College Graduate with at least 12 months BPO experience – OR –

Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 18 months BPO experience

Required: Insurance background in non-life focused on Property & Casualty Insurance (Home and Auto Loan) – non-negotiable

Knowledge of broker management systems (AMS, Applied Epic, or similar) is a plus

Excellent communication and customer service skills
