Are you an experienced Trade Settlements or Capital Markets Operations professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic global financial environment? We are seeking a Settlements Senior Analyst to oversee critical post-trade operations, ensure accurate trade settlements, and collaborate with international stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end trade settlement activities to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Perform trade pre-matching and trade matching while validating trade details and settlement instructions.
Monitor and resolve unmatched trades, settlement breaks, and operational exceptions.
Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, execution brokers, and external counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize settlement risks.
Oversee inventory management, including reconciliations, stock movements, and position monitoring.
Process trade lifecycle events and maintain accurate operational records.
Investigate and resolve settlement claims in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor operational risks and provide timely reporting to management.
Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to operational requests while meeting established service levels.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Settlements, Capital Markets Operations, or Securities Operations.
Experience supporting physical and/or financial trading products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to work night shift and provide coverage during regional market holidays.
Must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
