We are looking for an experienced accounting professional with strong financial reporting, reconciliation, Excel and data-handling skills. This role is ideal for someone who can work accurately with large financial records and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

What You Will Do

Prepare and post accurate journal entries
Manage the general ledger and trial balance
Complete account and bank reconciliations
Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss reports and invoices
Handle accruals and contra-asset accounts
Review monthly and quarterly financial results
Identify financial trends, errors and unusual differences
Work with large data files for reporting and analysis
Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
Assist with financial statements, budgeting and forecasting
Prepare documents for internal and external audits
Help improve and automate accounting processes
Work with other departments to resolve accounting concerns

Requirements

College graduate with a degree in Accounting, non-negotiable
At least 4 years of accounting or finance experience
Strong and practical accounting knowledge, non-negotiable
CPA is preferred, but qualified non-CPA candidates may apply
Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as SAP
Strong experience handling and manipulating large data files, non-negotiable
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Must know Pivot Tables and be able to explain the process step by step
Knowledge of journal entries, trial balance, general ledger and account reconciliation
Experience preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements and financial reports
Experience with accruals, invoices and bank reconciliation
Multi-currency bank reconciliation experience is preferred
Familiarity with zero-balance accounts
Good financial analysis and communication skills
Willing to work onsite during training
Willing to work on a night-shift schedule
Available to start as soon as possible
