Hiring: Team Member – Talent Acquisition | Sanand, Gujarat

Experience: 2–3 Years
CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA
Band: BPO 1

Role:
• Handle Blue-Collar hiring for plant locations
• Source, screen & coordinate candidates and stakeholders
• Manage open positions and hiring timelines
• Visit ITI institutes to build talent pools
• Ensure hiring within SLAs and compliance requirements

Must Have:
• Experience in Blue-Collar Talent Acquisition
• Strong sourcing & screening skills
• Good communication & stakeholder management
• Analytical and organized approach
• Willingness to travel to ITI institutes
• MS Excel, MS Outlook & SAP proficiency
• NAPS/NATS & Temporary Workforce hiring experience is an advantage
