Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in International Sales, Retention or Collections. The ideal candidate should have proven team-handling experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage escalations and complex customer interactions while driving team performance and business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team supporting an international process.
Drive team performance and achievement of business targets.
Handle escalation calls and resolve complex customer cases effectively.
Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
Maintain strong communication and leadership presence.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Support customer retention, sales or collections objectives based on the assigned process.
Motivate team members toward performance-based incentive achievement.
Ensure adherence to process and operational requirements.
Eligibility Criteria – Strictly Mandatory
SSC and above.
Minimum 3+ years of Team Leader experience in International Sales / Retention / Collections.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proven experience handling escalation calls and complex customer cases.
Demonstrated track record of earning performance-based incentives.
Only relevant International Team Leader experience will be considered.
Compensation
Up to ₹8.5 LPA
