Hiring: Employee Master Data Team Lead | Pune

Experience: 6–10 Years
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
Band: BPO 3/4

Role Highlights:
• Handle Employee Master Data Management (MDM) operations
• Manage employee data changes in SAP HCM & Employee Central
• Perform reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Prepare MIS reports & dashboards
• Ensure Data Governance, SOX & audit compliance
• Support stakeholders & drive process improvements

Must Have:
• Strong English communication skills
• Mandatory: RCA + SAP HCM & Employee Central
• Hands-on Reconciliation & MIS reporting
• MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Data Quality & Governance exposure preferred
• Graduate in any discipline
• SAP HCM / SuccessFactors certification preferred
