Job Description
We are hiring for the role of Talent Services Analyst for Mumbai location. Candidates with strong HR operations experience, Oracle HCM knowledge, and excellent communication skills are preferred.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Minimum 3+ years of Oracle HCM or equivalent HCM experience is an added advantage
Experience in HR Operations including:
Query Management
Email Management
Leave Management
Learning & Development Administration
HR Operations Support
Experience as a Quality Checker for transactions and improving team/associate performance
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data and documents
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in handling Helpdesk calls
Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance reporting, and multi-state tax processes is a plus
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Administration
Good to Have Skills
International Workforce Administration experience
Global employee data management
HRBP and HR Operations exposure
HR Reports and MIS creation experience
Required Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
MS Office & Advanced Excel Skills
Coaching & Team Handling Skills
