Job Title: L&D Learning Technology Specialist
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4–8 Years
Band: BPO 3
CTC Details:
Monthly CTC: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000
Annual CTC: ₹5 LPA – ₹8.5 LPA
Additional benefits may include performance bonus and shift allowances
Overview:
The Learning Technology Specialist plays a key role in integrating, managing, and optimizing technology solutions to enhance learning experiences. This role combines expertise in learning technologies with instructional design understanding to support and improve training initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (IT preferred / Any Graduate)
Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI)
Experience with digital learning tools and content authoring software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Core Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Support integration of learning tools with enterprise systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for learning platforms
Collaborate with L&D teams to deliver tech-enabled learning solutions
Monitor system performance and generate reports
Analyze learner data and platform usage for improvements
Ensure accessibility and compliance of learning technologies
Work Experience:
3+ years in L&D, HR, or related field
Experience with LMS platforms (My Learning, Moodle), LXPs (Degreed)
Hands-on with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline
Experience in content management and troubleshooting
Strong analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving approach

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Ability to meet deadlines with high-quality output
Work Conditions:
Flexible for 24/7 shifts (primarily US shift)
Night shift readiness required
Work from office only (no remote option)
