Hiring: Supply Chain Team Lead / Operations Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 4–8 Years
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Band: BPO 3
Shift: Flexible with Rotational / Night Shifts
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional with strong expertise in Sourcing & Procurement, team handling, client management, and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder interactions.
- Lead, motivate and manage the team.
- Monitor delivery, quality, performance and exceptions.
- Conduct internal performance reviews with teams and leadership.
- Identify and manage potential operational risks.
- Handle process training and employee assessments.
- Channelize workflow and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage escalations and drive timely resolution.
- Support contract administration and day-to-day procurement activities.
- Ensure operational, functional and business objectives are met.
- Manage domestic and international suppliers/customers.
