Job Title: SME – Technical Voice Support (Adobe Products)
Location: Hyderabad
Job Overview
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Technical Voice Support. This role requires strong expertise in Adobe products and the ability to provide advanced technical assistance, support agents through knowledge transfer, and ensure effective customer communication for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advanced technical support for Adobe products (minimum 3–4 products).
* Handle complex “how-to” and troubleshooting queries from customers.
* Support and guide agents through knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and refreshers.
* Simplify technical concepts into easy-to-understand guidance for agents and customers.
* Act as a point of contact for product and process-related queries on the floor.
* Ensure high-quality support for international customers through voice interactions.
Must-Have Competencies
* Strong functional knowledge of Adobe products.
* Ability to handle advanced technical queries confidently.
* Experience in knowledge transfer, coaching, and mentoring agents.
* B1/B2 level communication skills with clarity in explaining technical steps.
Good-to-Have Competencies
* Exposure to Train-the-Trainer (TTT) or client-led KT sessions.
* Prior experience in training, refreshers, or knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Experience in agent coaching or team mentoring.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Experience in technical support (voice process).
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Excellent verbal communication for global customer handling.
* Ability to support team members with process and product knowledge.
Experience Required
* Minimum: 2–4 years of experience in technical support (voice process)
* Prior experience working with Adobe products is mandatory
* Experience in SME/Trainer/Quality/Support roles will be an added advantage
Salary Package
CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA (based on experience, skills, and interview performance)
