Job Title : RTR GL Manager

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced RTR GL Manager to lead Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Ledger operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of Finance & Accounting experience with strong expertise in General Ledger, R2R processes, ERP systems, stakeholder management, and client escalation handling. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills while managing end-to-end finance operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Ledger operations.
Manage month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and financial controls.
Handle client escalations and collaborate with upstream and downstream stakeholders.
Ensure SLA compliance, operational excellence, and process improvements.
Monitor budgets, maintain vendor relationships, and support financial reporting.
Drive team performance, quality, and governance activities.
Work effectively in a night shift and 100% work-from-office environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
MBA Finance, M.Com, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent Finance qualification.
10–15 years of Finance & Accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end R2R and General Ledger processes.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
