Role/Skill: Delivery Manager-Supply Chain Management

**Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**
1. Liaison with client to meet delivery requirements
2. Manages team including recruitment, mentoring, training & attrition
3. Manages process and metrics on a day to day basis
4. Own and improve key KPIs
5. Prepare and present QBR / MBR / leadership decks
6. Drive process excellence & automation
7. Audit readiness & compliance mindset
8. Contract administration to ensure that the day-to-day SCM activities
9. Initiates process controls, quality plans and risk mitigation programs
10. Manage client communications, governance calls, and performance reviews
11. Align operations with business priorities and SLAs
12. Act as a primary point of contact for client
