Overview:

We are hiring a Telecom Network Engineer for Provisioning and NOC Support in Gandhinagar. This role supports provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of telecom and network services for global clients.

Preferred Education:

- B.E. in Electronics and Communication or IT

- Diploma in Electronics and Communication

- BCA with 1 to 5 years experience in Networking or Telecom

Certification:

CCNA Certified / CCNA Trained preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provisioning and configuration of telecom services

- Support and maintenance of last mile access networks and network elements

- Work on telecom systems, hardware, and software applications

- Handle network troubleshooting and service operations for global clients

Required Skills:

- 1 to 5 years experience in Networking / Telecom domain

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of telecom processes and technologies: FTTB, FTTN, VDSL, Copper, GPON, etc.

- Understanding of switching systems, cabling, and fiber optics

- Knowledge of network topology and LAN, WAN, WLAN infrastructure

- Hands-on knowledge of protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, NTP, SNMP, VoIP

- Knowledge of ATM, MPLS, Frame Relay, and Metro Ethernet

- Knowledge of Nokia / Juniper / Cisco platforms 78xx, 65xx, firewalls, routers, switches will be an added advantage

Other Requirements:

- Must be ready to work in rotational shifts, mostly night shifts

- Ready to work from Gandhinagar, Gujarat

- PAN and DOB required for profile creation
