Education / Qualifications:
Finance Professional with 5 to 10 years of work experience
Experience working with quick turn-around deadlines and global stakeholders
Skills Required:
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Result orientation and strategic thinking
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Good understanding of ERP
Good interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Understand F&A and perform quality checks for F&A teams - PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing, Treasury, Tax, FPA
Perform deliverables and support AP, RTR, PTP teams in month-end and quarter-close activities as required
Performing compliance verification, approval and quality review
Internal quality control review and SOX reporting review
Supporting statutory audit, internal audit and GFCs compliances
Arrange periodic trainings for staff regarding changes in accounting policies and customer-specific changes
Conduct periodic calls and meetings with clients to discuss SLA and KPI compliance and ongoing process improvements
Drive transformation and process improvement initiatives
QC activities and audit
MIS reporting on SLA and KPI
Stakeholder management and preparation of governance decks
