Hiring: HR Operations Team Lead | Bangalore

Experience: 7–10 Years
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
Band: BPO 4

Role Highlights:
• Lead & manage a team of 15+ resources
• Manage global HR Operations / Shared Services
• Oversee Benefits, Total Rewards, Invoice Processing & Global Mobility
• Handle client relationships, escalations & stakeholder communication
• Drive performance management, quality, compliance & process improvements
• Prepare service delivery updates and reports

Must Have:
• 7–10 years in HR Operations / Shared Services
• International geography experience
• ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
• Workday, Darwin & ServiceNow exposure
• Strong HR process, compliance & documentation knowledge
• Excellent English communication & stakeholder management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & leadership skills
• Willingness to work 24x7/US shifts
