Job Title: HR Helpdesk Agent
Location: Bangalore | Mumbai

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Mostly US Night Shifts)
Role Overview
TCS is hiring HR Helpdesk Agents to provide Tier 1 HR support for employees, line managers, vendors, and third parties. The role involves handling HR-related queries via voice support, resolving issues within defined SLAs, maintaining high accuracy, and ensuring first-call resolution while adhering to data privacy standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Tier 1 HR helpdesk queries through voice support.
Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, learning & development, employee data, and attendance.
Log call details accurately in the ticketing system.
Ensure SLA adherence and first-call resolution.
Follow data privacy and compliance guidelines.
Use HR systems and case management tools effectively.
Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot HR-related issues.
Maintain quality standards and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–6 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
International HR Helpdesk experience preferred.
US Voice Process experience preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
Typing speed of 30 WPM with 100% accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of HR systems and case management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
