We are hiring an experienced Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations. If you have strong expertise in delivery management, client relationship management, operations leadership, and people management, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience: 10–15 Years
Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA - Finance, ICWA, or CA)
* 10–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations, Shared Services, BPO, or Global Business Services
* Proven experience managing large operations and leading high-performing teams
* Strong client and stakeholder management experience
* Experience managing service delivery, operational excellence, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Knowledge of financial operations, budgeting, revenue, cost management, and P&L
* Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and presentation skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Client & Customer Management

* Build and manage strong client relationships
* Lead governance meetings, business reviews, and client discussions
* Drive delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations
* Identify opportunities for service improvement through trend analysis and root cause analysis (RCA)

Delivery Management

* Lead end-to-end service delivery for Finance & Accounting operations
* Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Manage staffing, resource planning, and delivery governance
* Oversee escalations, risk management, compliance, and audit readiness
* Manage operational budgets, revenue, cost optimization, and P&L performance

People Management

* Lead, mentor, and develop teams of up to 400 employees
* Drive employee engagement, performance management, retention, and career development
* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning

Operational & Infrastructure Management

* Ensure operational readiness and business continuity
* Coordinate with technology and support teams to minimize operational disruptions
* Optimize infrastructure utilization and operational efficiency
* Collaborate with internal support functions to maintain high service standards
