Hiring: Group Lead – Master Data Management | Pune

Experience: 10–12 Years
CTC: Up to ₹17 LPA
Team: 15 members across locations
Band: BPO 5

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Employee Master Data Management operations
• Manage employee master data changes in SAP HCM & Employee Central
• Review transactions, reconciliations & resolve discrepancies
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Prepare MIS reports & dashboards
• Ensure Data Governance, SOX & audit compliance
• Drive stakeholder management & process improvements

Must Have:
• Strong English communication
• Mandatory: RCA, SAP HCM & Employee Central
• Hands-on Reconciliation & MIS reporting
• MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• India Labour Laws knowledge – Mandatory
• Data Quality & Governance exposure preferred
• SAP HCM / SuccessFactors certification preferred
