SAP Concur Finance Consultant

Location: Noida
Experience: 7–10 Years

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Finance Consultant with 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts and strong hands-on expertise in SAP Concur. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance business processes, travel and expense management, corporate card processes, and ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business users, finance teams, and shared services stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional solutions and system configurations.
Provide functional support for SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Credit Card processes.
Understand end-to-end finance business flows including P2P, O2C, and R2R.
Work on SAP Concur Travel and Invoice modules.
Support integration of SAP Concur with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other ERP systems.
Apply knowledge of accounting concepts, cost objects, VAT/GST, and compliance controls.
Prepare functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders during global implementations and rollouts.
Support project and delivery activities and ensure effective stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of strong SAP Concur functional experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Credit Card.
Strong ERP application knowledge.
Good understanding of travel, expense management, corporate card, and finance processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP systems.
Understanding of accounting concepts, cost objects, VAT/GST, and compliance controls.
Experience in global implementations and rollouts.
Prior consulting or client-facing experience is preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot issues beyond the core module.

Good to Have

Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, or equivalent Finance qualification.
Excellent communication skills.
Project and delivery management skills.
Understanding of how different finance modules interact.
ERP certification/proficiency.

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, Bachelor's in Finance & Accounting, or equivalent qualification with ERP certification/proficiency.
