Hiring: Customer Service Process Associate – Voice & Webchat

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 1–5 Years
CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA
Work Mode: 5 Days WFO
Shifts: Rotational shifts & week-offs, including night shifts

Role:
Join our customer support team and handle customer interactions through voice, webchat, email & back-office support. Resolve queries and complaints, provide accurate solutions, document interactions, and achieve customer service & quality KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent English communication
Voice & non-voice customer service skills
Complaint handling & problem-solving
Active listening, negotiation & objection handling
Multitasking and basic computer skills
International customer experience preferred
Utilities/Energy/Telecom experience is an advantage

Eligibility: 15 years of regular education (10+2+3); graduates preferred. Relevant experienced undergraduates may also be considered.
