About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Content Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in Life Sciences, Healthcare Marketing, Medical Communications, and Brand Strategy. This role will serve as the primary custodian of brand knowledge, ensuring all content aligns with brand strategy, scientific accuracy, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
As a strategic partner to brand and marketing teams, you will develop scalable content strategies, drive impactful campaigns, and support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary brand content expert, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and brand identity.
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
Collaborate with brand teams, marketing, medical experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into compelling content.
Guide the development and execution of omnichannel healthcare marketing campaigns.
Build effective KOL and HCP engagement strategies across digital and offline platforms.
Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, brand-compliant, and operationally scalable.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while delivering high-quality healthcare and medical content.
Evaluate content performance and recommend improvements using insights and analytics.
Stay current with healthcare industry trends, scientific developments, regulatory updates, and content best practices.
Mentor internal teams on brand storytelling, content strategy, and healthcare communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
M.Sc., PhD, PharmD, Pharmacy, or MD qualifications are highly preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Excellent storytelling, content development, and strategic planning abilities.
Ability to collaborate with marketing, medical, and commercial teams.

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)
12–16 years of experience in Healthcare Content, Medical Communications, Brand Strategy, Healthcare Marketing, or Life Sciences Content is mandatory.
Strong experience in developing brand-aligned content strategies for Life Sciences or Healthcare organizations is required.
Experience working with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and multichannel healthcare campaigns is mandatory.
Excellent content strategy, storytelling, brand management, and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
A Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences or related scientific discipline is mandatory. Higher qualifications such as M.Sc., PhD, Pharmacy, or MD are preferred.
Candidates must be willing to work from Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, or Noida.
PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.
