Job Description – Lead Finance Analyst (OTC)
We are looking for a Lead Finance Analyst (OTC) with 4–8 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) / Finance & Accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, and Bad Debt Management, along with excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
The candidate will be responsible for managing OTC operations, handling internal and external stakeholder queries and escalations, ensuring SOP adherence, supporting team collaboration and training, and driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, are required for MIS reporting and analysis.
The role requires a result-oriented and analytical approach, strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the flexibility to work in shifts from the Nagpur location. The candidate should be comfortable working under deadlines, particularly during month-end and project-based activities, while maintaining a strong control environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support OTC / F&A operations including Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, and Bad Debt Management.
Handle stakeholder queries and escalations with clear and concise communication.
Ensure SOPs are accurately documented, updated, and followed.
Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly MIS reports.
Use advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
Identify errors, analyze root causes, and suggest process improvements.
Drive operational efficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Support team collaboration, training, cross-training, and capacity building.
Maintain accuracy and adherence to a strong control environment.
Manage deadlines during month-end and project-based activities.
Work effectively in a dynamic environment and under time pressure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, BBA, BCCA, or MBA.
Minimum 4 years of experience in OTC / F&A operations.
Strong understanding of Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, and Bad Debt Management.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge.
Ability to drive a team, train team members, and collaborate effectively.
Result-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
Ability to drive efficiencies and process improvements.
Flexible to work in shifts from Nagpur.
