Job Title : Procurement Operations Executive | Russian Language Expert | Supply Chain | Hyderabad

Job Description:

We are hiring a Procurement Operations Executive (Russian Language Expert) to support procurement and supply chain operations by providing Russian language expertise while ensuring compliance with client processes, SLAs, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong Russian language proficiency, basic procurement knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Russian language support for procurement and supply chain operations.
Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) and support Purchase Order (PO) creation.
Ensure timely processing of procurement requests while meeting SLAs and quality standards.
Handle stakeholder queries and support Russian-language communication where required.
Perform quality checks, maintain process documentation, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and client requirements.

Required Skills

Russian language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
Basic knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations.
Experience in PR/SC handling and PO creation support.
Strong MS Office skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
1–4 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Shared Services, or a related domain.
Experience in procurement processes and Russian language support is preferred.
Willingness to work rotational shifts
