Possess excellent interpersonal skills, Open to all available Shifts, working on weekends
Profile Description (In brief):
Handling Inbound calls
Be Focused on achieving SLA defined by the project
Need work in co ordination with Sales Team, Account Department and the Lodges
Updating trackers on daily basis
Previous voice experience preffered
Visualizing, planning and achieving improvement in team productivity
Coach and help team members whenever required
Maintain healthy group dynamics
Should be flexible to work as per Process/Team Requirements
Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary
Should be Familiarize with customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
24*7 working window
Maintain and update internal reports
