About the Role

Join a top global brand as a Team Leader in an International Voice Process. You will lead a team of customer service associates, drive operational performance, ensure SLA achievement, manage team productivity, and support employee development while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience on paper in an International Voice Process
Experience handling team performance, coaching, and mentoring
Strong understanding of AHT, WFM, SLA management, roster planning, and shrinkage management
Experience conducting performance reviews, audits, and feedback sessions
Good analytical skills with strong proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Eligibility
