Job Title: ANZ Payroll Specialist

Location: Kolkata

Role Overview

TCS is hiring an ANZ Payroll Specialist / Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end Australian and New Zealand payroll operations. The role involves payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll reporting, reconciliations, HR administration, payroll audits, and stakeholder management while ensuring compliance with ANZ payroll legislation and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Process end-to-end Australian and New Zealand payroll accurately within SLA timelines.
Perform payroll calculations including Gross-to-Net, arrears, retro pay, tax adjustments, overtime, leave, and payroll corrections.
Process employee payroll transactions including hires, transfers, terminations, and leave.
Maintain payroll records, employee tax information, and statutory documentation.
Perform payroll reconciliations, General Ledger validation, and payroll audits.
Support quarter-end and year-end payroll activities.
Prepare payroll reports, MIS reports, and compliance reports.
Respond to employee and client payroll queries.
Collaborate with onshore stakeholders and internal teams.
Identify payroll process improvements and support operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–7 years of Payroll / ANZ Payroll experience.
Experience in HRO/BPO Payroll Operations.
End-to-End Payroll Processing.
Oracle HCM.
Workday / MYOB.
Payroll Compliance.
Payroll Reporting.
Payroll Reconciliation.
HR Operations.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
