Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage, mentor, and drive performance for a dynamic team in an international voice process environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team discipline, attendance, and engagement
• Drive staff retention and team motivation
• Act as a bridge between managers and team members
• Ensure service quality, SLA achievement & target delivery
• Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions
• Analyze dashboards, reports & team performance metrics
• Handle rostering, shrinkage & operational reviews
• Lead team-building initiatives and process improvements
• Monitor KPIs like AHT & WFM metrics
• Conduct audits and provide actionable feedback

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience (on paper)
• Experience in International Voice Process
• Strong analytical skills & proficiency in MS Excel
