Sr. Associate – FP&A
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4–10 Years
Band: BPO 4
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Associate – FP&A professional with strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and MIS. The candidate will support business decision-making through accurate financial analysis, performance tracking, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
Perform monthly and quarterly analysis of actuals, targets, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct detailed Actuals vs. Budget and Actuals vs. Forecast variance analysis.
Manage CapEx and OpEx, including capital and revenue expenditure.
Support project planning, accounting, and financial tracking.
Prepare and analyze monthly accruals and prepayments.
Drive performance management and forecasting activities.
Analyze complex financial information and provide accurate, timely recommendations to management.
Support operational decision-making with Area Managers and Department Heads.
Prepare internal and external financial reports, KPIs, scorecards, and benchmarking reports.
Consolidate and interpret financial results for management.
Identify key variance drivers and recommend improvement actions.
Report budget and forecast variances to management along with reasons and corrective actions.
Drive ongoing cost-efficiency initiatives across business functions.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards.
Required Skills & Experience
4–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A / Financial Planning & Analysis.
Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
Good understanding of CapEx, OpEx, accruals, and prepayments.
Experience in project planning and accounting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing MIS, KPI, and management reports.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work with business/operations teams and senior management.
