Job Title : Project Manager – Hotel Reservations | OTA Integration | System Migration | Mumbai
Job Description :
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager – Reservations to lead system migrations, hotel onboarding, OTA integrations, and cross-functional project execution. This role requires excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and analytical skills to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring business performance, and preparing reports and dashboards for leadership.

Experience: 8–10 Years
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end system migration projects with minimal business disruption.
Coordinate hotel onboarding activities with Technology, Sales, Distribution, and Hotel Operations teams.
Lead OTA (Online Travel Agency) onboarding and system integration projects.
Monitor revenue performance, business metrics, and operational KPIs.
Prepare reports, dashboards, trackers, MIS, and leadership presentations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
Track project milestones, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
Maintain project documentation, action logs, status reports, and implementation trackers.
Drive follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure project completion within timelines.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational enhancements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in Project Management, Hotel Operations, Hospitality Technology, Reservations, Distribution, or Operations Management.
Experience working with hospitality systems, OTA platforms, PMS, CRS, or distribution channels is preferred.
