Job Title: International HR Services Team Lead

Role Overview

TCS is looking for an International HR Services Team Lead to lead HR Shared Services operations supporting global employees. The role involves managing HR Operations teams, employee lifecycle processes, Workday and ServiceNow administration, stakeholder management, SLA governance, compliance, process improvement, and team leadership while ensuring high-quality HR service delivery across international geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage International HR Services Associates.
Mentor, coach, and develop HR Operations teams.
Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and 24×7 service coverage.
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
Process and review HR transactions in Workday and ServiceNow.
Review HR letters, contracts, compensation changes, and documentation.
Handle escalations from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, audit requirements, and data privacy standards.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and service delivery performance.
Drive audits, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
Support transitions, knowledge transfer (KT), onboarding, and cross-functional HR initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7–10 years of HR Operations / Shared Services experience.
Minimum 2 years of Team Lead / Supervisory experience.
Workday (Core HR).
ServiceNow.
