Lead Global Financial Operations & Capital Markets Delivery

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Capital Markets, Financial Information Services, and Large-Scale Operations Management. This leadership role is ideal for professionals who have successfully managed global delivery teams, driven operational excellence, and partnered with international clients within the financial services domain.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in company financial reports, equity capital markets, financial statement analysis, broker research, and fixed-income products, combined with proven people leadership and P&L management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Operations Management

Lead end-to-end delivery of Company Financial Reports and Capital Markets operations across global delivery centers.
Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery while consistently meeting client SLAs and internal performance metrics.
Serve as the primary client-facing delivery owner and single point of contact (SPOC).
Drive operational excellence through continuous monitoring, governance, reporting, and process optimization.
Analyze operational KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop teams of 100–200 professionals across multiple functions and geographies.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning.
Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
Coach managers and team leaders to improve productivity, engagement, and performance.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and internal stakeholders.
Lead governance meetings, operational reviews, and strategic business discussions.
Proactively identify client needs and recommend value-added solutions.
Manage escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Financial & Business Management

Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the assigned business cluster.
Drive financial performance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
Support business growth through effort estimation, pricing validation, solution development, and transition planning.
Identify new business opportunities within Capital Markets and Financial Information Services.

Continuous Improvement

Lead automation, transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
Participate in strategic projects to improve productivity, quality, and customer experience.
Drive best practices and standardization across global teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline.
Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA (ICWA), or MBA Finance are highly preferred.
10–15 years of overall experience in Capital Markets, Financial Information Services, Investment Research Support, Financial Data Operations, or related domains.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale global delivery teams.
Proven experience managing large operational teams (100–200 employees).
Strong understanding of:

Experience leading global client engagements and delivery governance.
