Procurement Operations – Italian Resource

Location: New Delhi
Experience: 2–5 Years
Shift: Night Shift

Job Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Operations – Italian Resource with strong Italian language proficiency and a basic understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations. The candidate will support procurement activities by processing procurement requests, performing validation checks, supporting Purchase Order creation, handling stakeholder queries, and ensuring SLA and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Operations

Provide effective Italian language support for procurement operations.
Receive and process PR/SC requests and perform standard due diligence and validation checks.
Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and procurement request processing.
Interpret Italian-language inputs and accurately process relevant procurement information.
Ensure procurement requests are processed within agreed timelines and SLAs.
Apply basic knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and ensure SLA compliance.
Follow up on open procurement items and ensure timely closure.
Handle customer and third-party stakeholder queries.
Follow the defined escalation matrix for unresolved issues.

Italian Language Support

Read, understand, and communicate business and process-related information in Italian.
Support Italian-language communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Attend client calls and business communications with local teams when required.
Interpret Italian inputs accurately to facilitate timely clarification and resolution of operational queries.

Quality & Process Compliance

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training manuals.
Perform peer-to-peer quality checks to minimize processing errors.
Ensure quality, productivity, and SLA requirements are consistently met.
Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation and complete assigned activities within agreed timelines.
Comply with internal and client-specific requirements.

Stakeholder Management

Maintain effective communication within the team.
Build positive business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with client teams to resolve procurement-related queries.
Participate in weekly calls and other business communications as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Italian language proficiency – Mandatory.
Ability to read, understand, and communicate process-related information in Italian.
2–5 years of experience in procurement operations, shared services, BPO, or related processes.
Basic knowledge of Procurement Operations and Supply Chain Operations.
Understanding of Purchase Requisition (PR), SC requests, and Purchase Order (PO) processing.
Basic understanding of procurement process cycles and process compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within defined SLAs.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of customer quality and productivity expectations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Shift Details

Night Shift – Rotational timings:

5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Additional Information
