Job Title - Mandarin Supplier Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

We are hiring a Mandarin Supplier Enablement Specialist in Mumbai to support end-to-end supplier onboarding and procurement operations. The role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, assisting with registration and compliance requirements, validating supplier data, resolving onboarding issues, and providing non-voice support through email, ticketing systems, and digital channels. Candidates should have strong Mandarin language proficiency, basic knowledge of Supplier Enablement / Supply Chain Operations, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Onboarding: Coordinate and execute end-to-end supplier onboarding activities across procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, and related systems.
Supplier Communication: Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers regarding onboarding requirements, documentation, registration, profile setup, compliance, and system processes.
Non-Voice Support & Issue Resolution: Provide support through email, ticketing systems, and digital channels, troubleshooting issues related to registration, invoicing, supplier data validation, and onboarding.
Data Validation & Compliance: Validate supplier information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance while maintaining accurate supplier records and documentation.
Process & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Compliance teams, track open requests, support audits and reporting, and contribute to SOPs, workflows, and knowledge-base updates.

Required Skills

Mandarin Language Proficiency – Ability to read, understand, and communicate process-related information effectively.
Supplier Enablement – Basic understanding of supplier onboarding, registration, and enablement processes.
Supply Chain / Procurement Operations – Understanding of procurement and supplier management processes.
Non-Voice Customer Support – Experience with email, ticketing systems, digital support, and query resolution.
MS Office & Data Management – Proficiency in MS Office with strong data validation, documentation, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
1–4 years of relevant experience in Supplier Enablement, Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, BPO, Shared Services, or related operations.
Strong Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
