Job Title : Italian Customer Service (Banking)
Job Description – Italian Customer Service (Banking)
We are hiring Italian Customer Service professionals for a banking-related customer service role with TCS. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, understanding and resolving queries, and effectively communicating in Italian and English. The role requires candidates who can read, understand, and translate Italian and have B2-level Italian language proficiency.
Candidates with 2–8 years of experience are preferred; however, freshers are also welcome provided they are full-time graduates in Commerce and have B2 proficiency in English. Candidates from other graduation backgrounds may be considered if they have relevant previous work experience. Banking domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
The candidate must demonstrate average English communication skills, be comfortable working from the office, and be willing to work from the Mumbai Powai location. Graduation is compulsory, and Italian must be explicitly mentioned on the candidate's CV.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer service interactions for banking-related queries.
Communicate effectively with customers in Italian and English.
Read, understand, and translate Italian-language content.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
Handle customer queries professionally while maintaining service quality.
Support banking-related customer service processes as required.
Work from the office and adhere to organizational process requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B2-level Italian language proficiency – Mandatory.
Ability to read, understand, and translate Italian.
Average to good English communication skills.
Graduation is compulsory.
Full-time Commerce graduation preferred for freshers.
Previous work experience may compensate for a non-Commerce graduation.
Banking domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Italian language must be clearly mentioned on the candidate's CV.
Willingness to work from the office.
