Role Overview

TCS is hiring an Operations Manager to lead operations management services for Google product-based processes. The role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring KPI and compliance adherence, managing team performance, workforce planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement in a 24/7 operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards.
Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve operational goals.
Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Establish effective communication protocols with stakeholders.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Create and execute performance improvement and development plans.
Conduct daily team meetings and operational reviews.
Manage workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation.
Resolve operational issues and escalate critical risks when required.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

5–10 years of Operations Management experience.
Relevant Google Product Experience (Mandatory).
