We are hiring an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in Capital Markets and Financial Analysis. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who hold a CA or CFA qualification and have expertise in financial statement analysis, equity and fixed income markets, and process improvement.

Location: Kolkata / Thane
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 7–10 Years
Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
* CA or CFA qualification is mandatory
* 7–10 years of experience in Capital Markets, Financial Services, Investment Operations, or Financial Analysis
* Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis
* In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets, Stock Markets, Equity, Fixed Income, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
* Understanding of the trade lifecycle, including order management, execution, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and/or Agile methodologies
* Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Certifications such as NISM, CMSA, or other Capital Market certifications are an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

* Perform in-depth analysis of financial statements, profitability, and business performance
* Conduct ratio, trend, and comparative financial analysis to generate business insights
* Guide teams on end-to-end trade lifecycle processes, including order execution, settlement, confirmations, clearing, and reconciliations
* Collaborate with product owners to define functional requirements and review business and system documentation
* Lead process improvement initiatives and promote operational excellence
* Support change management, training programs, and team performance management
* Resolve operational queries and ensure service level commitments are achieved
* Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality documentation
* Drive best practices across capital market operations and financial processes
