Are you an experienced Strategic Sourcing or Procurement professional with expertise in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, or Commercial Procurement? Join a dynamic team where you’ll lead high-value sourcing initiatives, negotiate strategic contracts, and drive cost optimization across real estate and workplace operations.

What You’ll Do

* Develop and execute sourcing strategies for real estate and workplace-related categories.
* Lead strategic sourcing for leased properties, facilities management, fit-outs, maintenance services, utilities, and workplace support services.
* Manage the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, including supplier identification, RFx, commercial evaluation, negotiations, contract award, and supplier onboarding.
* Partner with Facilities, Finance, Operations, Legal, Workplace Services, and Project teams to deliver business requirements.
* Support site selection, lease negotiations, and supplier governance activities.
* Monitor supplier performance, service levels, and contract compliance while driving continuous improvement.
* Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and commercial benchmarks to support sourcing decisions.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings, demand optimization, and risk mitigation.
* Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
* Mentor team members and support process standardization across sourcing activities.

What We’re Looking For

* 8–15 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Commercial Management.
* Strong experience sourcing Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Capital Projects, Property Management, or Facility Services.
* Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, RFx, vendor management, and commercial evaluations.
* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
* Professional certifications in Procurement, Facilities Management, or Project Management are an advantage.
