General Ledger (RTR) – Finance Payroll Admin

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2–5 Years
Band: BPO 1
Salary: Up to 7 LPA

Job Summary

We are hiring a General Ledger (RTR) – Finance Payroll Admin professional with experience in Finance Payroll, general accounting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, reconciliations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Process payroll for direct and indirect staff.
Manage payroll reconciliations, payroll journals and leave salary entries.
Handle payroll tax calculations and tax integration journals.
Maintain payroll advances, staff loans, management salary and related entries.
Manage payroll phasing and detailed payroll workings.
Prepare, post and analyze journal entries.
Create and post accruals.
Perform account and payroll reconciliations.
Handle internal and external customer queries.
Support month-end close activities.
Track and report SLA/KPIs.
Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

2–5 years of relevant Finance Payroll / Accounting experience.
End-to-end knowledge of general accounting processes.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and result orientation.
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
Treasury knowledge is an advantage.

Education

Graduate with relevant Finance Payroll, bookkeeping and reporting experience.

Eligibility

Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.
