We are looking for a detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Data Analyst to join our Financial Research & Data Analytics team. In this role, you'll research, analyze, and validate financial information from global companies while supporting the development of high-quality financial databases for international clients.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong Spanish language skills, excellent analytical abilities, and an interest in financial markets, company research, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct web-based and document research on publicly listed companies and global financial markets.
Analyze, interpret, and validate financial information from company reports, financial statements, regulatory filings, and other reliable sources.
Collect, classify, and accurately tag financial data into client systems and databases.
Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Build knowledge of global financial regulations, market practices, and corporate disclosures.
Support the maintenance and enhancement of financial research databases.
Communicate with international clients to clarify research requirements and resolve data-related queries.
Prepare accurate outputs while meeting productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve research quality and operational efficiency.
Stay updated on financial news, market developments, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
B.Com, BAF, BMS, or MBA (Finance) is highly preferred.
Spanish Language Certification (Minimum E2 Level) is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in financial research, financial data analysis, market research, web research, or similar analytical roles.
Strong research and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to interpret financial information and business documents accurately.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willing to work rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with financial research reports, company filings, annual reports, or corporate disclosures.
Understanding of financial statements, accounting concepts, or financial markets.
Knowledge of supply chain operations is an added advantage.
Exposure to financial databases, research platforms, or business intelligence tools.
Experience handling client-facing responsibilities.
