Join Our Global Financial Data Operations Team!
We are seeking detail-oriented Financial Data Analysts with a strong accounting and finance background to analyze financial reports of leading global companies. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy financial statement analysis, data interpretation, research, and working with international financial reporting standards.
If you have experience in financial analysis, accounting, IFRS, US GAAP, financial reporting, or corporate financial data, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Research, review, analyze, and interpret financial statements, annual reports, quarterly reports, broker reports, earnings releases, and company presentations of publicly listed global companies.
Extract, validate, and accurately capture financial data from:
Income Statements
Balance Sheets
Cash Flow Statements
Analyze and tag key financial metrics using internal applications and tools.
Capture and validate important financial figures, including:
Revenue
Net Income
Earnings Per Share (EPS)
Weighted Average Shares
Income Before Tax
Income Tax
One-time Charges
Review company guidance, earnings calls, and press releases to capture forward-looking financial estimates.
Perform financial reconciliations, data validation, balancing, and transaction processing activities.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data.
Apply rule-based decision-making while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
Ensure adherence to international accounting standards, including US GAAP and IFRS.
Prepare accurate financial outputs and reports within agreed service levels.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
B.Com
M.Com
MBA (Finance)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Financial Data Analyst or in a similar finance/accounting role.
Strong understanding of:
Financial Statements
Accounting Principles
Corporate Finance
Financial Reporting
Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Willing to work rotational and night shifts.
Preferred Skills
Experience in financial statement analysis or equity research support.
Knowledge of earnings reports, broker reports, and corporate disclosures.
Familiarity with financial databases, financial reporting platforms, or data extraction tools.
Strong quantitative and data interpretation skills.
Ability to work with large volumes of financial data while maintaining high accuracy.
