We are hiring an R2R Operations Manager - GL Domain Expert for our Chennai location. This is a 100% Work From Office opportunity for finance professionals with deep expertise in Record to Report and General Ledger operations.

Job Details:

Role: R2R Operations Manager - GL SME

Location: Chennai, India - 100% WFO

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Salary: 16 to 17 LPA

Shift: 12:30 PM to 3:30 AM - Night and Rotational Shifts

Work Setup: Onsite

Education:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education - 10+2+3

- Non-technical Graduation in Finance and Accounts - MBA, http://M.Com, http://B.Com, BBA

Job Responsibilities:

- Willing to work in night and rotational shifts

- AR experience required with strong customer service focus

- Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

- Excellent verbal and written communication and good listening skills

- Ability to work independently

- Tracking budget expenses and maintaining healthy vendor relationships

- PC proficiency, data entry, and general math skills

Must Have Skills:

- 10+ years of overall experience in F&A domain

- Strong end-to-end understanding of R2R activities

- Experience handling client escalations

- Ability to coordinate with upstream and downstream partners for smooth operations

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems - Oracle preferred

Good To Have Skills:

- Finance and Accounting - Record to Report - GL Domain Expert

- Excellent communication, customer management, and presentation skills

- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
