JOB TITLE: Employee Master Data Team Lead
LOCATION: Pune
EXPERIENCE: 6–10 Years
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Employee Master Data Team Lead to manage Employee Master Data Management activities, ensure data accuracy, perform reconciliations, and support process governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform and review Master Data Management (MDM) transaction processing activities
• Handle employee master data changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC)
• Perform reconciliations and resolve data discrepancies
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring data issues
• Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards
• Ensure adherence to data governance, SOX and audit requirements
• Support stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• Strong English communication skills – written and verbal
• Proven Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capability – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience in Reconciliation and MIS reporting
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC) – Mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Exposure to Data Quality and Data Governance frameworks – Preferred
• Strong understanding of Employee Master Data Management processes
EDUCATION
• Graduate in any discipline
PREFERRED CERTIFICATION
• SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred
ELIGIBILITY
• 6–10 years of relevant experience
• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply
• PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation
